Who we are
We believe in fostering a community that embodies love, service, and holiness, serving as instruments of God’s grace.
Eastridge Church of the Nazarene has been an established congregation since 1983. The church was originally founded under the name Beacon Valley Church of the Nazarene and faithfully served the community under this name until 2005. In that year, the congregation purchased property in Eastridge, marking a significant milestone in its history. Following the acquisition of this property, the church was renamed Eastridge Church of the Nazarene, reflecting both its geographical location and its continued commitment to ministry in the surrounding community.
Rooted in a rich spiritual heritage, Eastridge Church of the Nazarene forms part of the wider Church of the Nazarene, an evangelical Christian denomination that emerged in North America during the late nineteenth century from the Wesleyan-Holiness movement within Methodism. This tradition emphasizes salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, entire sanctification, and a life of holiness empowered by grace.
At Eastridge Church of the Nazarene, we believe in fostering a Christ-centered community that embodies love, service, and holiness, serving as faithful instruments of God’s transforming grace in the world.

“Passionate about leading and nurturing the church community, in obedience to the call:
‘Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be.’ 1 Peter 5:2 (NIV)”
